When you sign up for service and provide your cellphone number and email address, you consent to being contacted by our staff via phone, SMS, and email. Additionally, by signing up, you authorize our crews to complete a buried or aerial fiber drop from the city’s utility right-of-way to the grey box on the exterior of your home or business. To ensure efficient service, we perform fiber drops only for those ready to schedule installation. Availability depends on weather conditions and crew capacity. Not ready to start service yet? No problem! We’ll be here when you’re ready to make the switch. Just reach out when the time is right, and we’ll arrange your fiber drop at no charge—a special benefit we’re offering to the Fort Dodge community.
