Hello from all of us at Fort Dodge Fiber
Spring is in full swing, and May is bringing warmer weather, busy schedules, and continued progress as we expand reliable, high-speed fiber internet throughout our community. We’re grateful to serve you and proud to be part of what keeps Fort Dodge connected every day.
Here is what we have been up to lately!

Internet Safety Corner Keeping Your Kids Safe Online!

As school wraps up and summer approaches, kids often spend more time online for games, videos, and socializing. A few simple steps can help keep their online experience safe and positive.
Helpful Tips for Families:
Set screen time limits and create device-free times during the day
Use parental controls on devices, apps, and streaming services
Keep computers and tablets in common areas of the home
Talk openly with your kids about online behavior and what to do if something feels uncomfortable
Remind them never to share personal information like their address, school, or passwords
Strong internet safety habits help protect your family while still allowing kids to learn, explore, and have fun online.

• Fort Dodge Fiber and the Water Department are separate entities
• Payments placed in the wrong drop box will not be processed (and could result in a late charge or service interruption)
• Please do not combine payments—each department requires a separate check
• Payments are collected daily at 3 PM
• Look for the Fort Dodge Fiber signage to make sure it lands in the right spot

Fort Dodge Fiber App for Apple Devices
Paying your bill just got a whole lot easier. Our new app is now available on iOS —giving you a simple, convenient way to manage your account anytime, anywhere. Currently not available on Android devices - but we are close! Follow our social media for updates on the google app store.
New Helpful Reminder for Our Autopay Customers!
We’ve added a new notification to make managing your account even easier. A couple of days before your scheduled Autopay date, our system will now send you a message if it detects that the card on file has expired. This gives you time to quickly update your payment method and avoid any interruption to your service. Please note: This notification is only sent to customers enrolled in Autopay. You will only receive the message if it applies to you (for example, if your card has expired) We’re always working to improve your experience and keep things running smoothly.

Thank you for having us!

Rachel and Amy with Fort Dodge Fiber had the pleasure of serving as greeters at High-Five Friday at Duncombe Elementary School. After welcoming students to a Fabulous Friday, an amazing group of leaders gave us a tour of the school proudly sharing their attendance goals, reading stations, classroom pods, and highlighting on Leader in Me — a program that focuses on building leadership skills, responsibility, and confidence in students.
